Founders

Donna and Bonnie are very much at the heart of D&B, which as you may have guessed, stands for the sisters’ names.

They are absolutely passionate about D&B and for the future of their pupils, students and clients of the company. Not a day goes by without them coming up with improvements and new ideas for opportunities for everyone who attends D&B. Donna and Bonnie can be seen at the studios almost every day of the week.

They take pride in meeting every new person that joins the school. Their hands-on approach extends to every aspect of the school of performing arts, theatre school and the management agency – where they have built excellent relations with casting directors and production companies.

FOUNDER BONNIE Sullivan

Bonnie also attended and trained in theatre, but focussed her training on drama and acting.

She worked extensively in her field before co-founding D&B. Today Bonnie oversees D&B Management and the D&B Theatre School. Bonnie has two children, Macauley and Jude. Macauley is working as an actor in Television, having starred in ‘Me and My Monsters’ and most recently appearing in ‘The Missing’. Jude also enjoys acting and studies LAMDA and made a film for his most recent birthday party.

FOUNDER Donna Sullivan

Donna trained at a theatre school in South East London where she was raised, and specialised as a dancer.

Along with her sister Bonnie, she co-founded an after school club that offered combination training, which later became D&B. She now manages the D&B School of Performing Arts. Donna has two children of her own, Daniella and Luca. Daniella worked extensively as a child actress in featured roles in TV and Film, whereas Luca’s passion lies in football.
