DIPLOMA AND ASSOCIATE DIPLOMA WITH THE LONDON COLLEGE OF MUSIC IN ACTING

The Course

For the last 15 years, D&B have been training teachers with the London College of Music syllabus. The qualifications are:

• Diploma of the London College of Music- DipLCM(TD)
• Associate of the London College of Music- ALCM(TD)

Students are required to have completed Grade 8 in an LCM performance examination before they are able to complete the Diploma and, the must complete the diploma before the Associate. Our full time students on our 3 Year Musical Theatre Diploma are exempt from this pre-requisite if they undertake the qualification as part of their Diploma here.

The course is delivered in a group setting, and candidates study the syllabus requirements for all grades as well as learning from our fantastic faculty about what it is that makes a great teacher and how to approach lesson planning, inspiring your students and preparing pupils for their own exams.

Fees

Currently this course is offered to all students as part of their training on our 3 year Musical Theatre Diploma. This qualification is also covered in the theatre school at a cost of £43.00 per calendar month.
