Summer School: Grease the Musical
It’s got groove, it’s got meaning; it’s our D&B summer school! We are thrilled to bring back our summer school programme this year and what better way to spend the week hand jiving away in rehearsals to no other than Grease the Musical. While classes are closed throughout August, this exciting opportunity gives our students the chance to spend the week singing and dancing to a classic that is loved by all.
Tell me more, tell me more we hear you say? Taking place from Monday 19th to Friday 23rd August, students aged between 6 and 18 will attend rehearsals from 10:00am-4:00pm so that by the end of the week, they will be ready to show family and friends what their hard work has amounted to. Performances will be held here at D&B on both Fridays 23rd and Saturday 24th August.
Though final details of who will be directing, choreographing, and musically directing the show are yet to be announced, we know that our students will be in the insanely capable hands of our incredible faculty here at D&B.
This time, we’re also offering around the clock childcare, available from 8:00am-10:00am and 4:00pm-6:00pm, ensuring that our students can be as hopelessly devoted to the programme as possible and alleviate any challenges of the opportunity clashing with busy work schedules! This can be added upon request, and costs £6.00 per session per child.
We still have plenty of spaces available for anyone wanting to attend, however we think this is going to fill up fast! Be sure to get in touch with us at info@dandbtheatreschool.com to secure your place with a £100.00 deposit, while the remaining balance of £80.00 is due by the 1st August. We’re also offering this experience at a discounted price of £150.00 per child for those who have siblings wanting to attend the course.
